Within hours of our initial request Global Improvement Solutions reached out and we arranged an on site visit for measurement. George listened to all our wants, offered thoughtful suggestions and solutions, and even explained why we didnt need to (shouldnt) replace a couple windows. He and his crew did a fantastic job installing everything and cleaning up afterwards. We love our new windows.
