The 3 young men that moved and disposed of two bookcase/shelving units, worked well together as a team and did a great job of solving how to lower components down a narrow stairway. And, they were cautious that no damage be done to hardwood floors in the process! I was very pleased with this service.

I had a longstanding problem with a GE Profile bottom-mount freezer refrigerator, water accumulating at the bottom of the freezer compartment then draining out onto the kitchen floor!! Other appliance repair companies had advised me to replace the fridge (and I know 2 other individuals who have done so!). Platinum was willing to explore, identify and solve the problem at a very reasonable cost. I am very pleased and grateful for their excellent service.
