Professional, prompt, courteous! I was in a bind - locked out & needed to be at a wedding in an hour! Spoke to 2 technicians - 1 was going to be about 30-45 min as he was at another client, the other was 15-20 min away. Quick, efficient, explained the process. Checked other doors to see which door would be the best one to open, explained why certain doors are costly to open, explained what the steps were if the easier door wouldn't open with simple tools.
