I thought the door needed too much force to close properly and the sliding screen had torn at the bottom. The service tech was patient and clear in explaining the solution for each problem. He worked quickly and made sure that I knew that I could call for any problem. Not a fan of the screen lock but great product and service. Love the product support after the sale.
