As part of my annual plan from Furnasman, Nikki came out to do a service check and maintenance on the air conditioning on my all in one unit. She was thorough, explained the acceptable ranges on all the factors and where my unit fell, and was competent and friendly throughout the service call. This is her second service for me - she did the Fall call as well, and I will have no hesitation in booking Furnasman (and asking for her) again.
