I had a few small projects: A run of lights was not working, my oven was not working, a ceiling fan to install, and a couple of other small things. Cory was great - he was pleasant to deal with and even gave me instructions on how to use my multimeter. He diagnosed the problems with the lights and the oven, and although he did not have the right parts to install, he helped me buy them online and gave me good instructions on how to install them myself. My only problem is that I did not look at the list of things I wanted done and forgot to mention one item. As the first hour charge is much higher to factor in travel time etc., it is expensive to get a very small job done alone. My recommendation is you make a list of the things required, and look then look at it. I am sure you will be happy with Cory's work.

I have tried to purchase 3 rugs from here. None of them looked like the photo on line or the Hi res photo that I ordered. 1 of the 3 I could live with, the other 2 had to go back. Took several weeks to get my credit (only when asking for it again) and had to pay the return freight charges. Beware.
