Too many quality issues, bad painting, stained floors, half painted baseboards, shoe moulds, did not good job with stairs and front door staining.I would think twice before hiring them for another job.

Dear Eugene,

First off, we are surprised to see that you left this review; we had left off on great terms days before this review was posted. We have been very patient with you through all of your issues, even ones that had nothing to do with us. We advised you from the start to not have us in until it was the proper time. You went against our advice and had multiple trades working in the house while the painting was happening. We had to clean up after trades and our paint job was compromised from the start. Our baseboards and trims were constantly covered in dust and debris (as shown in the picture). We came to your house on two separate occasions to do touch ups that had occurred in the building process. Upon leaving both times you said that you were happy with everything and even released progress payments. Upon arriving to do extra touch ups for the third time, you started to show aggression towards one of our crew members. You accused us of not finishing components of the project; which we did for you, multiple times, and for not having any knowledge of the painting industry. We are truly sorry that we ended how we did, but we will not tolerate verbal abuse and false accusations. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

This company is disgrace to the industry it is in. I have moved to my new house 4 years ago and sign up for month to month alarm service with Grand Alarms. About a year ago I called because my service stopped working. The company never followed up neither sent technical to fix the issue. After about a year of waiting I gave up and asked to stop my service due to poor customer satisfaction. Instead of apologizing for mishandling the account service rep asked me to pay for another 12 months upfront for cancelling the the service. I owned all the alarm equipment in my house at the time I subscribed to their service so there was no expense for them to activate it. This is the worst company in this business and I would never recommend it to anyone. If you hear their name run away.

For my window retrofitting project I needed to order windows with specific depth. After detailed explanation what I needed Jim confirmed with supplier this can met with specific window model. After 3 weeks I got windows and the depth was wrong. Ordered windows couldn't fit existing opening I was planning for. Update: I got a call from Jim and we agreed that he would work with AllWeatherWindows to find proper resolution to my situation as it was direct fault of their sales reps. End customers shouldn't be hold accountable for misrepresentation of a product by supplier. I am glad we found common grounds with Jim. He is very nice guys and care about his customers and reputation. We were able to complete the project with a workaround that was covered by the supplier - thank you for Jim to arrange this. It is important to know that things go wrong but the place you always want to deal with each time is the one that haven't let you down with the situation I was in.
