We hired BM roofing and provided a deposit. They had estimated the start date at sept 2012, but did not begin until oct 2012. they worked an average of 1 out of every 10 days, and removed our old roof. In nov 2012, bob stopped returning phone calls, emails, and texts, and was lost to communication. we were left without a roof, with our structure vulnerable. In jan 2013 we gave up trying to contact him and had to hire a second company to come and fix the roof. the work that had been done was of poor quality and had to be removed and the project restarted from scratch.
