These people are the best when it comes to cleaning grout! We recently bought a condo and the grout througout the kitchen area was so dark, I didn't think it would ever come out. If you don't want to break your back cleaning this yourself, call these folks!
It doesn't seem to matter what I buy from this store, it is always top notch. The beauty of it is, if you are in any way unhappy with a purchase, they refund you without question. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even though it's always busy in there.
The associate was very helpful in recommending which boards to use and offered an exchange if it wasn't suitable. We did end up having to return the boards and the replacements were of a higher value - they still honored the exchange.
