Ivan was really great to work with and Im so happy with my overall renovation. He was easy to communicate with, friendly, and was willing to try new things to make my vision come true (like the tile floor transition). Some of the final finishes got a little rushed as our timeline came to and end as some of the materials caused delays. Having a contractor with an engineering background gave my condo manager extra confidence when I was asking to take down some walls in my unit.
