Our vinyl covered deck had an issue with one of the drains, and the extend of the water damage was unknown. We visited Robinson on 3 separate occasions, and on none of these were we given any level of customer service. We were looking for some problem-solving and good advice, and were extremely disappointed. Will not be returning nor recommending.
