Richard was our main contact and he was amazing to work with. He was patient, genuine and easy to work with. We were getting new windows for the entire house and brand new entry doors which were a huge project. Although we understand that supply issues were happening which caused delays in installation, Richard kept us posted on timing and never left us in the dark. The installers were fast and courteous. Highly recommend!
