Stay away - this is the first negative review that I have ever left a business but it is well deserved (and I have been a customer for over 6 years so trust me, I know)....the customer service is awful and it appears that they do not care about the residential side of their business. Have waited for close to a year for a security upgrade and there is no follow-up from Johnny or his manager. Honest advice is take your business to a more reputable alarm company.

Used Mark for a parging job on my home - due to weather, the parging started to run. Contacted him immediately and was told that he would return in the spring. This summer I attempted no less than three times to have him return - each time he gave me a date and never showed or made attempt to contact. Really a shame as he did do a good job otherwise.

Our tile shower starting leaking from the base within two weeks of moving into our new home. I contacted several tile repair companies and found Chris to be the most honest and competent of all the contractors. He was not the lowest price but if you want the job done right, you should use him. Although some contractors advocated cutting some corners, Chris wants to do the job right. His work was excellent and he is very knowledgable. Extremely courteous and keeps worksite disruptions to a minimum. Well worth the money and I will use him again.

Our dishwasher stopped working - I booked an online service call with Bradley's based on three perfect ratings on Yellow Pages. Within one hour (on a Tuesday night to boot), Bradley had phoned us to get more information on the problem. He politely asked several questions before advising us that the dishwasher had actually been under a manufacturer's recall several years ago. He felt that our problem could be related to the recall and was honest when he thought that his service call fee could be avoided by going directly through Bosch. He then proceeded to email me the details of the recall and a contact number for service. This company is honest and I will not hesitate to use them for any future repair.
