Avoid, directed backwash into my septic causing damage and flooding.
The claim from the company below is simply not true. In fact the plumbing company told me they sholud never have drained the backwash into the septic and the filter is doing nothing. The company responded they dont trust plumbers. They consistently refuse to admit there is a problem. I have attached a pic of my water from thier filter orange tint and cloudy. The system has never worked. He comes here says it works when in fact he doesn't actually check it. The work they did was 4600 for the system I have had nothing but problems. Charged me 1100 for a reverse osmosis system that I have since learned is worth 300. These guys are do not stand behind thier products seriously regret choosing them Wow. Just called to get help with a reverse osmosis system they installed. It is leaking, called to have someone come look at. Immediately was told there is no warrentee, they dont have a pump and they can't drop everything to come look at this. None of which I was expecting. I just wanted someone to come see whats wrong. Then she hung up on me. I have had nothing but problems with this company. The iron remover they installed has never worked properly, after 5000 dollars my water is still orange. And they directed the overflow to the septic flooding my septic an my basement. They are more than happt ro take tour money but they don't want to deal with you after that. I am considering suing them for the damage to my septic and basement. Do yourself a favour go with someone else.

Carolynne feels that if she shouts and screams that she will get her way. Her Reverse Osmosis unit does not have any warranty. We do not stock the booster pump for this unit. It has to be ordered. She did not pay $5,000.00 for her filter and RO unit - nowhere close to this amount. She needs to have her septic field fixed properly so that it can handle the effluence. Carolynne hasn't paid any monies since the work was performed in 2019. She forgets that a bladder pressure tank, complete tank T and kit, RO filters, brass adaptors and fittings were also installed. We were at her place on March 29, 2022. The filter was working and the problem is her septic field. Another plumbing company also told her that her septic field was the problem. We were also at her place on December 22, 2021, at which time we hooked up the reverse osmosis water to her fridge, again at no cost to her.
