Pictures tell all. This guy does NOT know what he is doing. He doesn't think it's his fault, blames weather lol....see attached email. Put the wrong flooring in the bathroom on purpose etc....

You had no temperature control in your house which is why your floor planks seperated. If improper installation then the tongues wouldve been broken but they can clearly be seen in tact in the picture.
Also issues of improper installation happen soon after… not a year after install has been done. Offered for you to call the company brand of the flooring to verify this but proceeded to swear and you were not looking for any resolution
You were made aware that not enough flooring was ordered to do the match in the bathroom, raised no issue with this until now
