Very unprofessional! We Purchased cabinets & flooring from Floors R Us last Aug 2012. It has now been nearly 7 months and we still don't have our cabinets! We have been constantly ignored or when we did speak with someone they said that they will find out what's going on and get back to us, needless to say we never hear back from them... We started our home reno last July and were on a schedule to finish it by the end of November as we had our families coming for Christmas. We were told not to worry that everything would be done on time. After following up several weeks after paying they said that everything was waiting for us in the warehouse. After several months they admitted that they never ordered it and forgot about us. When we began pushing them to refund our money we were told that they can't as they already paid for the flooring and cabinets. They delivered our flooring mid Dec and their installer begun installing in our living room, he did a good section of it and told us that he would be back the next day. He left all his tools in our house and took a 3 week break over the holidays! Our families had no place to stay as the flooring was not installed throughout the house and we had no cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. After the 3 weeks the installer came back and waited until no one was home and packed his tools and left. I was left to install the flooring myself although they did send another installer as I was not interested in completing the first installers work. The flooring, which was supposedly high end, is now delaminating and we have about 30 boards throughout the house which are peeling! some boards have already been replaced but this is getting worse! We ordered a dark shaker cabinet and they told us that if we pay a bit more than we can have a cherry red cabinet with a completely different style!!! WE REFUSED! Recently we got a hold of Romeo who said he was in California and he said that we are wasting his time and that this delay is our fault as we did not like the red cabinets he brought for us?!?!?! Romeo also proceeded to tell me that he is "not afraid of lawyers", so i'm not sure what he was implying. But I will let everyone know that. After nearly seven months of waiting and constantly being ignored we are at the end of our ropes. Romeo has our money and we can't move forward with our lives as our dream house is now a nightmare!!!

Mr Matt came to our store and ordered kitchen cabinets and hardwood flooring we went to their house and did a free estimate gave them a quote in materials only they wanted to install themselves.
So they came down and ordered their product and we started to work on their kitchen.
Knowing the size of their renovations they were not ready for us for at least 3 months and our warehouse is so full that we could not bring the product earlier,finally we heard from them in November that they will be ready for us in a few weeks so we brought the hardwood in and delivered it for them,then his girlfriend asked us if we could install for them, we said yes we would do it at cost price ,but she wanted us to install everything for free, we said that we could not install for free because we sold the hardwood and the cabinets almost at cost price,anyways we end up installing the hardwood and many stairs ,then we got the cabinets that she ordered ,she gave us a cheque that bounced NSF when we approached her she said she will pay us but until now we never received anything then she came back to our warehouse stole the rest of the cabinets, she lied to warehouse guys that everything is paid full but it wasn't ,we never heard anything after that still waiting for her to come back and square up for the cabinets ,we called her several times but no answer.we are the victims here but don't know why she left a negative feedback ,we went out of our way to help her but she is not straight forward with us.
