This is the second time I am using MXRoofing. Lavina and her team came in at a competitive price. The workmanship was top notch and they got the job done in a timely. All communication was prompt and they answered all my questions. A few weeks later, I noticed some issue with the roof. I immediately called Lavina. After a bit of discussion the team agreed to fix the issue I found. I am very happy with their service, they are professional and take responsibility for their workmanship. I highly recommend MXRoofing for the price point and workmanship.

About 2 years I had them install new soffits on the front half of my house. Scott was great very professional and accommodating. His team showed up on time ready to work and very organized. Worked throughout the day and took no breaks. The job was done well and has held up well over the past 2 years. I would recommend them.

I used TC contracting about 2 years ago to build an interlocking walkway at the front of my yard next to my driveway. Jay and his team were very polite and easy to work with. In terms of workmanship I think they did an OK job. Approximately 25% of the walkway has not held up well over the 2 years. I was expecting it to last at least 5 years before having to repair it. 1. Various stone on the lower half of the walkway have shifted and sunk. 2. Some of the larger stone rock back and forth when you walk on them and have become a tripping hazard. 3. Within 1 year quite a bit polymeric sand was missing. I think this is due to the stone shifting. If my memory serves me well I had asked him to add back the polymeric sand. But after asking a few times I gave up because I don't like running behind people. I had added the polymeric sand myself but eventually it came up because of how much the stone is shifting. The top part of the walkway has held up very nicely without any issues. Only the bottom half of the walk has issues. I think workmanship was top notch at the start of the day but decreased by the end of the day. This might be why only the bottom half of the walkway has issues.
