We were searching for a contractor to replace a very high flat roof with front/back shingled area + dormers. A detailed questionnaire was created and distributed to multiple contractors. Mark was very prompt in responding. After a roof inspection, a detailed quotation followed, thoroughly answering all questions. Coverall got the job. (As it turned out, prompt and thorough was the theme throughout the entire project). Work started on the agreed upon date and time. With a full crew available, Mark quickly organized the crew, and the experienced team worked in concert on several sections of the roof at one time. One person remained at ground level to ensure the safety of local street and pedestrian traffic. All of the work was completed in one 11 hour work day (including re-caulking of a few very high window frames) and a thorough cleanup of the work area afterward.
