TLDR: They broke my faucet threading and pipes (which led to water leaks) and went away. Promised sending someone to fix but never show up. Manager Jason refused to return call. Details: We have a broken faucet and got the replacement part from manufacturer. We need help to replace it and we contacted Superior Plumbing. Their guys came, unscrewed, turned around and checked about the faucet, then they said they couldn't fix it because it's not a conventional faucet (however the manufacturer sending the replacement part under warranty and said it's just a straight forward replacement). One of their guys "David" claimed that the pipes and threading were needed to be redone, instead of replacing the faucet alone. He said it is an extensive work and would cost several thousands more. Then he put things back and left. Later on, water was found leaking from the base of the faucet (even not turning on) and led to water leakage at the underneath basement's ceiling. Water was dripping from the ceiling and soaked the walls and floor. Many things were ruined. We called Superior Plumbing again and they promised to send someone to fix it but never show up. We asked for their supervisor (later known as Jason). However Jason was forever in meeting and refused to return call. The faucet was broken but never had an issue if not turning it on, for months, until it's touched by their guys. I suspect their guys came in and tried to create a bigger problem by breaking more things further so that they can charge for more. It's just they didn't expect now the problem is bigger than they imagine. Now they are trying to avoid the liability and want to get away from this. Don't trust any review. Check out the complaints on "Better Business Bureau" about Superior Plumbing and don't make the same mistake as mine.
