Nathan, Joe and Ben were outstanding on so many different levels. They showed up on time and took extraordinary care of my things. They were efficient and really fun to work with. That was the first half of the move. When we got to my new place, my unit was a disaster. The property management company hadn't done any of the cleaning that they had promised. Needless to see I was beyond upset. I didn't want to move my things into the unit in that state. Nathan and Joe went directly into solution mode and were instrumental in helping me figure out how to complete the move the next day so that I could get the apartment cleaned. The boys agreed to keep my things in the truck over night and complete the move for me the next day while I was at work and Nathan dropped my key off for me at the office! To say that Brilliant Move took the stress out of this move for me is an understatement. I felt safe and taken care of. I'm so grateful to have hired them, because what could have been a major disaster for me turned out to be a small bump in the road.
