We first met with Alex who helped us choose the right product to fit what we were looking to achieve. He was very professional and went above and beyond when creating images so we could see what the finish product would look like. We ordered a very large door (42") and Alex guided us in choosing the best colour match and wood finish. Once we had placed the order, Alex kept us informed and was alway quick to get us answers to all our questions. After a long wait (supply chain issues) the door was installed perfectly and the installer, Borys, offered suggestions that made sure the door looked fantastic. He asked what we wanted than carefully guided us in making a better decision allowing for a exceptional end result. The door is nothing short of spectacular and the service was just as good as the door. I highly recommend Total Home Windows and Doors as their products and service is a step above their competition.
