John Pennant from Vancouver

I cannot at this time recommend them although previously I was a satisfied customer. On Jan 9th they sent a repairman who they later admitted "must have had a bad day." After he left I didn't think the heat was working and we discovered that 2 out of 4 zones were not. Despite him having been here for 2 hours. In previous years I paid for one hour and the work was completed. Unfortunately I had already paid them $601. It has been a month and they are leaving our young family without heat
