My old furnace died during the recent extreme cold and Tal from Tasa was very quick to respond with a fast and reasonable quote for a new two-stage furnace. The installation was scheduled for the very next day and the installers arrived right on time. They were both friendly and took time to explain what they had to do. They covered the floor from the front door to the basement to keep it clean, dismantled and removed the old furnace and even disconnected a couple of parts I wanted to keep. Within a few hours, the new unit was neatly installed and we had heat once again! We can barely hear the new unit run. I am very impressed with the Tasa service right from my initial contact to signing off on a job well done. Al.S
