Spoke with Sarah initially to brief her of the issue I was having. She got back to me in a timely and professional manner and set up an appointment with her crew to come and have a look at my roof and fix the problem. Victor and his crew came on Saturday and did a very professional job in troubleshooting and repairing and patching up the leak. They were polite, respectful and very professional the whole time.
