Extremely pleased with our new roof and gutters!! John and his crew were very professional, attentive, courteous, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. John always responded immediately to our calls or requests and, when we had heavy rain during the project, was able to help me understand the installation process and to calm me. He also was a skilled mediator in keeping both husband and wife happy with the outcome!! We are pleased that John has continued to maintain a relationship with us following the project and we will not hesitate to use JMT for our roof maintenance. We have recommended JMT to many neighbors as well as a result of our positive experience.
