Melanie in the office always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Installation by Igor and his team was efficient and they cleaned up well after. We have received many compliments on the new front door and have recommended Comfort to others. When we're ready to replace our upstairs windows, we would readily contact them again.

This is a family business and it can be felt in their approach to customer service. Christina spent a great deal of time with us going through options and provided thoughtful solutions when needed. We used them for a few different spaces in our home. Their pricing as well as time to installation were reasonable. Eric will leave your home as clean as when he entered.
