Two bathrooms and kitchen countertop purchased an installed on three separate occasions. Great selection of good quality slabs, great prices and even better service. If you don't see anything you like in the showroom, do let them know and they will make sure you get the type of slab you want. All installations were quick and measurements accurate. The service was excellent - emails returned immediately, whether business hours or not, nothing was too much to ask of them or have explained. We purchased our backsplash tiles from them, hard to beat prices, and they recommended a tile installer to do our backsplash. Lela the owner and Lori the office manager are terrific to deal with, they really care about their customers and will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied and a happy customer. We decided to use their recommended tile installer, his name was Ernie. Ernie, is a fabulous guy, a perfectionist at his work, he doesn't rush because he wants the job to be right, his cost extremely reasonable. The backsplash totally played off the beauty of the granite countertop and it looks like I have a brand new designer kitchen. At the end of these three projects we think of Lela, Lori and Ernie as friends. We both highly recommend Ontario Design! In fact if you don't use them you are probably paying too much and not benefiting from their service and quality products and installation. Thank you Lela, Lori and Ernie!
