I had dealings with this builder and they were not truthful in many ways. I had a terrible experience with them and the building is nothing like they sold us. The common areas are very poor and the quality of the gym is atrocious the treadmills do not even match its as if they bougth the equipment on KIJIJI. I would not recomend any project by this builder. just speak to other buyers not just myself.

We hired Edward from EVH Renovations to finish our basement and could not be happier with the job and experience. Ed was very helpful and insightful when it came to the design also he saved us a lot of money on materials by directing us where to go.
