Very quick service. Clearly knowledgeable tradesmen and honest pricing. Everything was clearly stated and the work was done quickly with a professional cleanup afterwards. I will definitely be calling them for the next one!

The initial contact was good. The person doing estimating was knowledgable and quickly understood and acknowledged what I was looking for. The quote came in and I agreed to have the work done. The work appears to be good quality and the area was cleaned well when it was done. The only concern I had, which I had to relate several times and I'm not sure if they really understood why it was such a concern, was in communication. I realize they're busy, but when you're committing to a $10K job as the client, you expect (and rightfully demand) to be informed of the little things - like approximate starting dates. We all know they change due to weather and other circumstances, but this is where good communication comes in. Call to inform people so we're not left in the dark. Everything else was excellent right through to a question I had after the work was done. They made sure that they knew what I was talking about (Making a few visits to the site and taking photos to ensure that we were discussing the same thing) and answered the question very much to my satisfaction. Overall, definitely worth the price. They just need to improve the communication.
