Arcana is a company whose primary goal is customer satisfaction. We hired them to replace all the windows in our house, 3 exterior doors and 1 sliding glass door. Haim was very helpful during the consultation when making style decisions and the price offered was very competitive with other quotes we received. Actual time from order to installation took longer than planned, but that's trying to get work done during covid. The installation crew arrived promptly every day, worked hard and did a good job cleaning up. The team was even able to make some changes during the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. We've already received lots of compliments on the update to our house, and can both hear and feel the difference of the updates. Overall I would absolutely recommend Arcana to anyone looking for Windows and door projects for their house.
