I wish to thank the team at Pesticon in Toronto for the services they provided to help us exterminate mice. The Pesticon support team emailed me and texted me to alert me to the name of the person who would be coming, and the date and time of arrival. Two service calls in total were made to our house. Service was right on time, the problem area quickly sourced, the procedures and products to be used were explained, our questions were answered, and problem quickly resolved. Service was on time, very friendly and efficient, and was very courteous. An email receipt for payment was provided. We are totally satisfied.

John Bell Painting was called to provide a quote for the exterior painting of our house. John came, immediately assessed the project, and provided a quote on the spot. John was very friendly, totally understood what needed to be done, and I immediately knew that he was the guy for our project. Our project presented some unique challenges due to uneven terrain, a very high apex, and very old cracked paint in multiple areas. John introduced us to the painters, Vandes and Ken, and I can't say enough positive things about these guys. Suffice it to say that they took super good care of us and delivered a magnificent paint job, even better than I had expected. They left the property totally clean, and I can highly recommend them. I will certainly be happy to hire them again for our interior or exterior painting needs.

Our need was to have a new faucet set installed on an older Caesar stone sink surface in a bathroom. Once the work got started, it was discovered that the holes for the tap sleeves were a wee bit too small, and they needed to be reamed out. Once that was done by a stone cutter, the installers returned to complete the installation of the faucet set. A small leak was subsequently discovered, which was then very quickly remedied. The connection is now working perfectly. It was three trips for the guys at Plumber's Direct, but they were very polite, left the job site clean, and were happy to return, even though I'm sure they wished they could have done it all in one trip! No extra charges were incurred. I am pleased to recommend them, and I will be happy to call them again for our plumbing needs.

Joseph Gillingham and his crew of several showed up in late summer as planned to primarily service our old oak tree in the back yard on Durie Street in Toronto. The crew were very well equipped and organized. They got to work quickly and diligently and did a thoroughly fantastic job of pruning our tree. We had also requested a deep root fertilization treatment which was done for both the oak in the back yard and the magnolia in the front yard. A little extra magnolia tree trimming was provided. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Joseph and his team, and I highly recommend them.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jocelyn for the excellent service work he provided on Jan 22nd 2013. Our kitchen is very old and needed an urgent repair in a very tight space. This is our second time having Jocelyn in, and he will definitely be my first call next time I need plumbing work done. He is very friendly, and went the extra distance to ensure our problems were solved. He was punctual, the price was exactly as quoted, and he encouraged me to follow up with him at any time.
