City Residential Foundation Repair provided honest advice, quality workmanship and reasonable pricing on their work at our house. When we had water in our basement, we asked five contractors for advice and quotes. Four of the five told us we needed to excavate all around the house , replace all the weeping tile and waterproof the complete foundation. Chuck at City Residential was the only one who did what we expected: he proposed digging a test pit to see what needed to be done. When we did, we found the weeping tile to be fully functional. He waterproofed a section of the foundation that had a leak, and installed a sump pump to relieve pressure beneath the concrete floor. Needless to say, the cost was much less than the proposals from others who just wanted to dig everything up. This honest evidence-based approach was exactly what we wanted. As a result, we recommend this contractor without reservation.

10-year-old ERV has had no maintenance except monthly cleaning. Scheduled a check-up to make sure it's still working properly. Technician Neil Durling showed up up within the agreed time-frame and did a thorough examination and cleaning, including unplugging external vents. Personable, highly competent and very professional.
