Ben has been a really great partner and help. We asked him to design a 1 bedroom second unit for our unfinished basement, and he did a super job. He came up with a great layout, fantastic use of the space, made sure that everything would be legal and conforming for the permits, submitted everything for us, and ultimately got our permits approved in good time, and right on budget.
