Let me first start by saying it was wonderful to work with such an honest and caring man. We had received a few quotes and this not being our first renovation, we were aware of the potential for problems and increase in costs. Jason's quote was the second highest we received. He was detailed, knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of and answered all our questions and concerns. Moving forward we did run into some issues but all costs and options were presented before moving forward. We did go over budget but most of that was from changes, product upgrades, electrical and plumbing upgrades. The home we purchased is approximately 100 years old, you would never know walking through the front door. This spring we will have Jason and his team back to complete the outside with stone and stucco and our landscaping. It is a pleasure to write a positive review for Oakridge Custom Homes; Thank you for all your hard work because of you the whole experience was tolerable...we love our home!!!!
