I had an issue with my A/C unit not cooling my house. Dino, the service tech, showed up and immediately went to work to resolve the issue. It turned out to be a much tougher job than he originally thought. Dino went above and beyond my expectations and soon enough we were back to have a cool house. The whole time Dino was professional and showed confidence to get the job done. He is a great representative of Reliance.

our furnace was running very loudly; we called to have it serviced and Alex (3028) showed up within a few hours of the call. He determined very quickly that the vent motor needed to be replaced. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He represented Reliance very well!

I called Reliance late Friday evening regarding some loud start up noise my furnace was making. I scheduled an appt for Monday morning btwn 7am - 11am (there were appts available over the wknd). At 8am John Saliba was at my house to assess the problem; in short order he recommended that the motor be replaced and that he would be happy to order one and return the next day to replace the defective one. I received a call about 3 hours later from John informing me that he had the new motor and if I was available he could come replace it right away. He did, and within 20 minutes of him arriving I had a quiet, working furnace. Kudos to John for is friendly manner, excellent follow up, and quality work. John is a great representative of Reliance!
