Reza from Crown Structural is the consumate professional. Having his team work on our new home was an excellent experience start to finish. They removed two 18 ft walls and an adjacent 10 ft wall so we could open up the kitchen/dining/living area. The demo work was done quite quickly and well sealed off. They then fitted two new 18 ft steel beams. Everything was done in a few days which was impressive. They were super efficient and very polite throughout. Reza provided an excellent recommendation for electrical work too. He also guided on the process in terms of building permits beforehand and this was really appreciated given we came from the UK and weren't very familiar with the process here.

Pete from Tiles Connect is one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. He takes great pride in his work and is a perfectionist. He would always get our input on decision making points that may have impacted the look, even if not major. We had 2'x4' tiles fitted in a 700sq ft area on the ground floor in the kitchen and hallway. Not many can handle such large heavy tiles and the transition to the wooden flooring area was seamless. He did a number of impressive curved and jagged cuts. A lot of prep work went into it and a suitable membrane was also laid down. He always cleaned up after and this was really appreciated. Prior to tiling, Pete removed old limestone tiles and a vast amount of staples to ready the surface. This was all very hard work but Pete exceeded our expectations.
