We hired Warren to renovate a bedroom and a bathroom, and after we saw the care he was taking, we asked to him do some repair to the floor joists and beams. The latter work was after we had been assured by a previous contractor that everything was fine. However, when you can push a finger into a wooden support post, things are not fine. Warren and his team replaced all of the rotten material and doubled up the joists under the major book shelves in the house (my wife and I have a lot of books). All work was done quickly and efficiently, and the project actually came in just under budget. The structural work, was well under estimate. We would happily hire Warren for any future work, and can recommend him to anyone needing home renovations.
