Every design decision we had to make was communicated to us in advance and Kloe was always available to provide as much or as little input as we desired. Every vendor/supplier used in the project was stand-up and professional - we never felt as if any corners were ever being cut. Our home was always respected by the tradesmen/women coming and going and we were always informed of any modifications to the typical workday or schedule. Reimagine was always open to any changes we wanted to make to the design during the process and went above and beyond when we had concerns.
