I contacted John to diagnose the source of a leak and replace a burst exterior pipe/tap. John arrived on schedule, and was quick to diagnose the problem. He replaced the exterior pipe without issues (I had asked another plumber who told me to wait until spring). The free quote I was given over the initial phone call was also spot on. I have no hesitation to recommend John for any future plumbing concerns.
