Be prepared to wait! If you booked for a duct cleaning through groupon , I have been waiting since October and now it's January...... for every day that has been below 0 degrees (the truck couldn't come out in -4 temp?) , that's how many more have been pushed back for an appointment. Not sure if it is an issue of temperature for the trucks but why is it that my neighbours have had other companies out and its been -10 and within a few weeks from booking their appointment!
