Curtis was hired to replace a laundry tub faucet. He came promptly but ended up purchasing and installing a faucet which was too tall and blocked a cabinet door. He agreed to come back with a new faucet and move the basement one to our kitchen. That was two months ago. He’s assured us that he would come by and complete the job, but he has yet to do so. Does not return phone messages or texts.
