We went to one of the home reno shows down at Stampede Park. Too many of the contractors were looking for the $80k basement reno, Kevin was an exception to that. He said he had done a basement reno of 400 sq ft, and size wise, didn't matter to him, and he wouldn't turn a small job down. We needed to do the flooring, put up some drywall on a couple of walls in the furnace room, re-paint the walls. We wanted the change the doors to something a little more modern. One nice touch was the installation of a single barn door, loving that. His guys were great to deal with, as this was finished right before Christmas. One nice part about dealing with Kevin, there were a few changes to the original game plan, caused no issues, he wanted us to be happy with the end result. My wife gave him a Thank You card when it was completed. "Thank you for making my dreams come true." I feel the same way, when I go downstairs now, it looks up to date, and the few neighbors I showed it off to, thought it looked professional. So, if you are looking for someone who will listen, and not look at you as an unopened piggy bank, Kevin is the guy to talk with. We did do a carpet upgrade, that was the only change that we ended up spending a touch extra on, and Kevin will tell you, money well spent.
