Manny phoned me immediately after my service request was posted, and came to repair my oven within 2 hours of the call. He took the time to explain why the malfunction occurred, which I appreciated. He was professional, knowledgable, efficient, and I would recommend his services to anyone and will call him again should I need any other appliance repaired.
