The Renovators was one of the 8 different companies that I negotiated with for our renovations project. The project included 24 stairs covered in wood, replacing railings, hardwood on main floor and total basement renovations. Brad Iron at Renovators was one of the main reasons why we decided to work with them: clear, concise, flexible, helpful and available at any time. Pricing, clear contract showing what is included and what is not, timelines and references all made us decide working Renovators. The start date was determined way in advance, materials selection and schedule was provided in advance, as well. During the process, Brad was inspecting the work every day and we could reach him at any time for any potential adjustments. They always kept a clean and safe work place. Brad kept an eye on every piece of work performed by various teams. Again, he was very helpful, flexible and totally open minded! All teams arrived on time (sometimes even earlier!) and they did the work they were supposed to be doing. Special mentions for Ken and his partner that worked on the drywall part with a speed and quality hard to imagine! Later in the stages, Brad left for his vacation and the manager, Perry, took over the project. Highly professional and friendly attitude gave us the definite support we needed. The overall timeline was respected and the project was considered a success. Renovators also guarantee their work and anything that is not up to the client satisfaction will be redone. The contract you sign includes also a one year follow up, which shows again that they are ready to stand behind their work. Overall, good service, friendly and professional!
