I've dealt with Thos. R Birnie & Sons twice now and both times have been great experiences! Both times our technician was Jeff and both times he did a fantastic job. He's fast, courteous, and does the job right. On this occasion the issue was a rusted out pea trap below our bathroom sink. Jeff explained what had happened to the trap, fixed the problem in under a half hour, and gave us some suggestions on maintenance. I would definitely call them again - highly recommend!

We showed John a picture of what we were looking for and gave him a colour sample and he was able to match them perfectly.
