Joseph was a delight to work with. We gotta Heat Pump, Furnace, thermostat installed and attic insulation done. The whole activity was done within a day. Joseph was always available nearly 24/7 to address any and all queries. He assisted and explained about different provincial and federal rebates we can apply for. Additionally took time to explain how the installation process will work. For new homeowners it could be a stressful undertaking to invest capital for such an integral home infrastructure, but Joseph had an experienced crew who did the job with utmost professionalism. There was some language barrier to manage when working with the installation staff but Joseph made sure he was on the ground through the installation process. I would highly recommend working with the Ecostar team.
