Kevin from Lucky Construction was first to respond to our project needs and provided detailed breakdown of the work needed and estimate. After comparing with other companies, we went with Lucky Construction because Kevin was transparent what was needed to be done and delivered it. We had a project to modernize kitchen including creating an island by removing a wall, quartz counter top, backsplash, ceiling box with pot-lights, floor tiling and white shaker custom cabinets. Dealing with tight deadline, we're very pleased that the project finished on time, and Kevin did a great job juggling the tasks and managing the project.
