We choose Dave based on a chat I had withone of his former contracts. Dave says everything that went wrong was our fault. Tiles laid wrong, tiles fault,but he is only contractor to blame tiles all others we asked said it was installers fault. Did a sloppy job and a simple bathroom reno took 2 months (that was apparently our fault also). Issues with shower parts being defective or wrong. Again it was our fault per Dave even though we purchased them from "his guy". I would not recommend Dave work in your home. Overpriced and did not meet our expectations. His end result was the same as if Ihad done it, this time it cost me 3 times more
