I called Furnace King on December 31st 2012, to discuss the possibility of replacing my existing furnace. Sandip came out to my home on New Years morning around noon and the new furnace was installed and operational around noon on the 2nd of January, 2013. Now that is what I call first class service! Both my son and I appreciated the time and diligence taken by Sandip to explain the operations of a furnace and air-conditioning system and then zooming into the requirements of our home. What I loved about the presentation was the fact that I was provided a number of choices to choose from. The installation crew also did a super and very professional job. Many thanks to Brian and his crew. Brian did a good job explaining what he did and what we should do going forward. If anyone needs to get their furnace and/or air conditioning system replaced, I strongly recommend Furnace King.
