After my old tankless got a leak because of horrible installation by Reliance. Kyle came in and rescued this household by installing a much more efficient unit. Unfortunately the old unit could not be saved. Kyle showed that he is very knowledgeable and prompt. He even came on a holiday weekend to help. I'm very happy with his service.
I had a service call placed and they found a leak that was causing a damage to the furnace. They ordered the parts and it came in the next day. The technician showed up with the part and replaced it then proceeded to do a full service on the furnace (on the maintenance contract) and also gave me a few recommendations.

I am a technician as well and watching how meticulous Imran works I was very pleased, since that is how I provide service to my customers. He quickly saw that the fireplace had never been serviced and explained what he was going to do. He Cleaned the entire thing top to bottom and fixed the problem of the pilot not staying on. Fantastic service and very personable.
I called ADM garage door systems and maintenance tech Glen answered the phone right away. I was very impressed at the speed, friendliness and professionalism he provided. Only fixed what needed to be done and offered some pointers. Very reasonably priced.
